By creating an account, accessing the Repilay AI Inference Service dashboard, or using our API, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Repilay provides a Digital Brand Employee solution. Our AI capabilities monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and social contexts. The platform functions as a tool to automate interactions aligned with your configured Brand DNA. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Obligations
- Compliance: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, including generating abusive, hateful, or explicit automated responses.
- Platform Rules: You must comply with the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Meta) when granting our agents access to act on your behalf.
- Accountability: While Repilay employs safeguard mechanisms, you are ultimately responsible for the actions and communications emitted by the AI agents operating under your account.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repilay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the services. This includes instances where AI-generated content negatively affects your brand reputation or any disruption to third-party connected social platforms.
