Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect a social account

To stop Repilay using the data from one Facebook Page or Instagram account, disconnect it:

• Log in to your Repilay dashboard.
• Open Channels in the left navigation and select the account.
• Choose Disconnect, and tick the option to erase its data if you want everything it produced removed as well.

Disconnecting deletes the stored access token straight away and Repilay stops receiving that account's comments and messages. Choosing to erase also deletes its posts, comments, conversations and the entries built from them in the knowledge base.

2. Delete a workspace

To remove an entire workspace and everything in it:

• Log in to your Repilay dashboard.
• Open Settings, then General.
• In the Danger Zone, choose Delete workspace and confirm.

This permanently deletes the workspace with its channels, members, conversations, comments and uploaded files. It cannot be undone.

3. Delete your account entirely

To have your user account and everything linked to it erased, write to [email protected] from the email address on the account. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

4. Remove Repilay's access from Meta

You can also revoke our access from Meta directly. On Facebook open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Repilay. On Instagram open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites.

This stops any further access immediately. To have the data we already received deleted as well, use one of the steps above or write to us.
